SHIPPING POLICY

Due to the worldwide logistic problems caused by the Corona virus, there may be delays in delivery. We do not take responsibility for delivery stops in individual countries!

Unfortunately due to the current circumstances we will only be dispatching from our warehouses Monday - Friday. This means orders placed on a Friday will be dispatched on the Monday so don't panic if you don't receive your shipping confirmation over the weekend!

Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing Time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer processes the orders, which takes an additional 2–4 days.

Standard Shipping Time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. International delivery usually takes about 15–20 business days. US orders are shipped by ePacket, which is a US Postal Service product. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7 and 14 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.

HOW LONG AFTER ORDERING IS MY ORDER SHIPPED?

We typically ship all orders within 2-4 business days. If you select Express shipping at checkout, we aim to ship your item within 2 business days.

WHICH CARRIER DO YOU USE?

We ship all items with USPS. For international shipments, your local mail carrier will handle and deliver the item once it enters your country.

These timeframes are typical, and sometimes local carrier issues may mean you item arrives slightly later than this.

WHAT ABOUT CUSTOMS FEES/TAXES?

We do our best to help ensure your item arrives as smoothly and quickly as possible, including labelling the package with all relevant information for customs authorities.

It's unusual for orders of 1-2 items to attract customs fees, except in countries where there is a very low or no tax-free threshold. If fees are charged by customs, they are payable by the recipient.
